Provide a foundational, hands-on understanding of eyebrow design to create consistent, balanced, and client-specific brow shapes. Emphasis is placed on proportion, facial analysis, mapping techniques, hair growth patterns, and safe, repeatable shaping methods.

    • Correcting overplucked or uneven brows, and building natural arch

    • Brow tinting basics and color selection principles (optional module depending on scope)

    • Camouflage techniques for sparse areas (microblading awareness vs tinting/ make-up)

Materials & prerequisites

  • No prior experience required; basic cosmetology knowledge helpful

  • Supply kit: mapping tools (ruler/caliper/string), brow pencils, spoolies, tweezers, wax or threading supplies (as applicable), trimming scissors, disinfectants, gloves, and model consent forms

  • Recommended textbook and printable mapping templates included in course pack

Safety, ethics & scope of practice

  • Emphasis on recognizing when to refer: dermatological conditions, suspicious lesions, or medical contraindications.

  • Strict sanitation protocols and client consent/patch-testing for products used.
